Physical Therapist
Ally was born and raised in South Florida, where her passion for health, movement, and helping others first began. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University before going on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
With extensive experience in outpatient sports and orthopedic settings, Ally has worked with patients of all ages, treating a wide variety of injuries and conditions. Her treatment approach is comprehensive and individualized, incorporating therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and other evidence-based techniques to support optimal recovery and performance.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Ally has pursued advanced certifications in Graston Technique, FMT RockPods cupping, and PWR!Moves for Parkinson’s Disease, allowing her to provide specialized, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Ally is driven by a genuine passion for helping others. She is dedicated to empowering her patients to reach their goals, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
