Meet the Team

Brent graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2009 with a degree in Athletic Training. While working to attain his ATC degree, he worked with collegiate sports teams at UCF including baseball, tennis, crew and football. His senior year in the program was spent working spring football, summer camps, practices and games with the UCF football team.

Brooke VanderZyl, DPT graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a degree in Athletic Training. While working to attain her ATC degree, she worked with collegiate sports teams at UCF including the football, basketball and competitive cheerleading teams. This degree helped her build a foundation of hard work and caring for all individuals.​​​​​​​​

Dr. Loureen Gil developed her passion for healthcare at a young age after witnessing the effects of preventable illnesses throughout her childhood. By merging her interests in both the body and mind, she was inspired to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She has gained a wide range of clinical experience, working with diverse patient populations.

Kayla began her career in occupational therapy in 2016, working primarily in pediatrics while also gaining experience in assisted living and neurological rehabilitation. This early foundation shaped her functional, whole-person approach to patient care.

Dr. Laura Werber earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2013. During her graduate training, she was published for her involvement in research focused on locomotor training for individuals with spinal cord injuries, reflecting her early commitment to evidence-based neurological rehabilitation.

Dr. Marlo Blasko, CPT, ACSM-CEP, PT, DPT graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

Ally was born and raised in South Florida, where her passion for health, movement, and helping others first began. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University before going on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
