Physical Therapist
Dr. Marlo Blasko, CPT, ACSM-CEP, PT, DPT graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Dr. Blasko is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP), and is certified in Dry Needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
Her clinical focus includes balance disorders, vertigo (including BPPV), spinal and peripheral nerve entrapments, as well as a wide range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative rehabilitation, acute injuries, generalized weakness, and chronic pain. She combines strength-based rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, dry needling, and corrective movement strategies to address the root cause of dysfunction and promote long-term results.
Her professional philosophy is rooted in personal experience. After suffering a whiplash injury in early childhood, she experienced chronic neck pain and migraines for nearly two decades. Traditional treatment approaches provided only temporary relief. Through consistent strength training and postural correction, she was able to resolve her symptoms without reliance on medication or invasive procedures.
This experience shaped her clinical approach and continues to guide her patient-centered philosophy; focus on identifying the source of dysfunction, restore proper movement patterns, and build long-term resilience through targeted rehabilitation and evidence-based care. Her priority is improving quality of life through compassionate care and sustainable outcomes.
